RW INVESTMENTS, founded by Raymond Lui, is real estate private equity firm that focuses on real estate investments across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). We invest in a range of real estate asset classes with one goal in mind: generate exceptional risk-adjusted returns for our investors

Founder & CEO

Raymond Lui, founder of RW Investments, started his real estate investing career by purchasing with his first condo property in 2006. During that time, he has invested in single and multi-family homes, fix and flips, student rentals, private lending loans and commercial multifamily apartment buildings. To-date, Raymond personally owns and operates 85+ rental units along with other real estate related investments both locally and internationally.
